What we actually do

Each week a passage of the Bible is published on this site, with a short piece of writing to read alongside it. That is the whole of it.

You read it whenever you want, from wherever you are. There is no hour to keep and nobody is waiting on you. A reading you miss is not missed — it stays here.

What there is not

• No live video, and no livestream. There is nothing to tune into.
• No meeting, and no room to join. Nobody will greet you at a door, because there is not one.
• No service and no set time. Read in the morning, at night, or next Tuesday.
• No podcast and no video to watch. The reading is written, and it stays here on the site.

What you can do here

• Read this week's passage — the current reading, in full.
• Read the Bible itself — every book, chapter and verse, in more than one translation.
• Listen to a story — well-known passages read aloud, for anyone who would rather listen than read.
• Send a prayer request — and someone will pray, whether or not you leave your name.
